National Account Manager / Key Account Manager

Location: Midlands

Product Manager

Due to continued expansion, the company is inviting a Product Manager to join us and support the development of a full range of LED luminaries.

Key Responsibilities:

The Product Manager – LED Lighting will have responsibility to support developing a full range of LED luminaries and will work closely with the LED Product Management team, aiming to develop a comprehensive LED Lighting portfolio.

The approved candidate will report to the Senior Product & Development Manager and will be in charge of:

  • Assist on the development of LED luminaries, meeting customers’ demands,
  • Select and develop a coherent LED luminaries portfolio,
  • Work close with the LED luminaries supply chain on stock management,
  • Support all dimensions of LED lighting portfolio promotion, involving communication & packaging,
  • Assist on pricing definition for the markets served by the company,
  • Provide technical support to the customers, sales and quotations teams

Key Skills & Experience:

The ideal candidate should demonstrate an excellent knowledge of market requirements covering retail, domestic and commercial Downlights.

As a Product Manager – LED Lighting, you should have entrepreneurial flair as well as being ideally educated to degree level.

Sales Trainee

Due to further expansion we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our Business to Business Sales Team. Our UK B2B customers include many prominent retailers and Electrical Wholesalers.  Our aim is to introduce the latest products built on quality and reliability whilst offering great value.

The role involves advising on products, following up quotes and orders, providing pricing and delivery quotes to customers within set guidelines as well as qualifying and opening new business accounts.

Part of this role involves proactively dealing with customer service issues and supporting the Account Managers with price lists, presentations etc.

There is a great opportunity for career progression within the company. Not only will we develop you professionally in sales every step of the way, you will also regularly be given various formal training.

Projects include bringing products to market from concept to sales which requires identifying key selling features, competition and product research, packaging design, spec/instruction sheets and online and off offline social media and digital marketing plans.
