Sales Trainee

Due to further expansion we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our Business to Business Sales Team. Our UK B2B customers include many prominent retailers and Electrical Wholesalers.  Over the last 27 years our aim has been to introduce the latest products built on quality and reliability whilst offering great value.

The role involves advising on products, following up quotes and orders, providing pricing and delivery quotes to customers within set guidelines as well as qualifying and opening new business accounts.

Part of this role involves proactively dealing with customer service issues and supporting the Account Managers with price lists, presentations etc.

There is a great opportunity for career progression within the company. Not only will we develop you professionally in sales every step of the way, you will also regularly be given various formal training.

Senior Product Manager - Downlights

We have won many awards including Which Magazine Award and Lux. Many innovative products are being developed and we are experiencing a 100% growth in the last 6 months alone allowing us to attract many key individuals from the industry.

Due to continued expansion, the company is inviting a Senior Product Manager to join us to develop a full range of downlights.

Key Responsibilities:

You will have responsibility for selecting and developing a full range of products from our suppliers,and will work closely with the Product Management team aiming at developing a comprehensive LED downlight portfolio.

We believe in end to end product management that includes product selection, stock development, stock management and promotion, developing packaging and communication materials in collaboration with our marketing team. Working closely with sales you will be instrumental in bidding and specification of quotes.

Key Skills & Requirements:

The ideal candidate should demonstrate an excellent knowledge of market requirements covering retail, domestic and commercial Downlights.

You should have entrepreneurial flair with 5 years’ experience gained in a relevant environment as well as being ideally educated to degree level.

Product Marketing Assistant

We are looking for a creative and innovative product marketing assistant that can make a difference. The roles involves working closely with the marketing, product management and sales teams if you love technology and marketing this could be the perfect role for you.

Projects include bringing products to market from concept to sales which requires identifying key selling features, competition and product research, packaging design, spec/instruction sheets and online and off offline social media and digital marketing plans.

Key Requirements

  • A 2.1 or higher degree in a business or marketing related subject
  • 2 years’ post-grad experience in a procurement or marketing role

  • Creative with good copywriting talent
  • Proven social media and digital marketing ability
